After an extended stay in Taiwan and New York City in 2013/2014, I moved to Germany and started my full-time yoga business, “Kilundayoga”. I felt the need to express what Forrest Yoga is all about to my new german-speaking audience. Out came the official “Forrest Yoga Style Guide” for Germany’s most renowned yoga magazine, “Yoga Journal Germany.
